Granted this was not a big job for them, but Mo (the boss) and his team were SUPERB - a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, they even mopped at the end of each day. I can’t recommend them enough. Whilst they’re based in Esher, they work all over SW London (and beyond) and would be well worth a call if you’re in need of any building work doing.”

Wanted to let you know that on the first day, when you arrived with Darren, he did not leave until gone 5.00pm and quietly worked away in the bathroom all day. I said he could play music, as it wouldn't bother me downstairs, but he didn't. The next day he was here at 8.00am and said his goodbyes & left at 6.15pm. Before he left he showed me what he'd done in the bathroom.

My feedback is that he worked long hours and was a credit to 9YC. I have no idea if he stopped for lunch, and was always working when I took him a drink. Most importantly, he's done a great job and both Jo & I appreciate all his efforts. The shower looks so much better. Mo's visits were appreciated and his approach to customer service and satisfaction is excellent.

Great people to work with, efficient, tidy and cleared away their mess. Arrived, completed the job without any disappearing off to complete other jobs. Brilliant. Mine wasn't a big job. Swap a bath for a walk in shower without destroying the rest of the bathroom. Not something many others wanted to do.The job was planned, matching tiles located (and they were a match), carried out in a week as scheduled and without extraneous inconveniences. I was nervous about this task, expected loads of problems but there were no 'unexpecteds', the prejob planning had it all covered. Six weeks later I'm absolutely delighted with my walk in shower. Thank you guys.
