Ground Floor Extension, Esher

We completed work on this property in Esher building a wrap around ground floor extension. The build included new electrics and an underfloor heating throughout. Outside we created a new patio area with a smart retaining wall. The extension allows plenty of natural light into the home due to the 6 metre wide bifold doors across the back of the property. There are also 3 electric Velux windows at the back. The extension was fully plastered throughout and left ready for painting.
